Ïã½¹ÊÓÆµ Office 365 accounts are assigned based on whether you are a current student or current regular employee. Individuals with multiple campus affiliations retain access as long as one eligible role remains. When all eligible roles are removed from an individual’s Ïã½¹ÊÓÆµ username, you will immediately lose access to your Ïã½¹ÊÓÆµ Office 365 account.
Exchange Email Accounts (applies to out-going employees only)
Office 365 account remain intact for emertius faculty who retain all standard computing services.
Ïã½¹ÊÓÆµ University email addresses (@andrews.edu) cannot be used for personal Office 365 accounts. They are reserved for enterprise Ïã½¹ÊÓÆµ Office 365 accounts only. If you choose to personally purchase Office 365, do not use an @andrews.edu email address.
Saving Your Files

Moving Your Files to Google Drive
ITS recommends transitioning your files from OneDrive to Ïã½¹ÊÓÆµ Google Drive. Ïã½¹ÊÓÆµ Google accounts are available to all active faculty, staff, students, retirees, and alumni. Alumni and retirees who do not have an Ïã½¹ÊÓÆµ Google account can contact helpdesk@andrews.edu to get one.
